Yeah, the last one becomes extremely hard as Vlad will throw the bombs quickly. I would say use the MP5 along with the m4 and Desert eagle.

Meh, the fight with him isn't hard at all, even in DOA. Even without bullet time. That Deagle is the best gun against him after he starts throwing Molotovs, a single mag will take care of him.
